We work with a wide range of denominations who support both their members and local communities with compassion, good works and guidance.

Whether planting new churches or maintaining those inherited from past efforts, we help you future proof; allowing you to concentrate on making plans to fulfill your vision, rather than feeling inhibited by the potential risks.

Standard off-the-shelf insurance products view churches in a more traditional sense; however, we cater for the wide variety of support services provided by our diverse range of denominations.

Charities and Non-Profits

We support charities making a difference in their communities and the world.

We appreciate the effort involved in raising awareness and obtaining finances in support for your goals.  We also know that operational expenses erode those resources which could be used for other needs.

Insurance affordability goes without saying; however, we first guide you around risk and exposure so you can make an informed decision about what you wish to transfer to insurance.  Coverage levels, excesses, itemised schedules can all be considered as methods to control cost, but we never recommend savings that threaten your ability to administer your funds and personally expose you as trustees.

We also consider your obligations to those who provide you with funds and grants and their contractual requirements that may expose you to further legal repercussions.

Camps

We help camps focus on providing safe retreat and recreational services, which also promotes New Zealand tourism.

We know that property maintenance costs drain your income and put pressure on your valuable resources.  We also know you are required to provide a safe environment for guests to enjoy your facilities and the outdoors.  We help you focus on covering your valuable assets and work with you to identify those facilities that aren’t so crucial in maintaining operations.

Occupancy levels are always a challenge to predict, but sound judgement based on historical trends can ensure you’re not paying for insurance you don’t really need.

Compliance is the ‘new normal’ with Health & Safety being of top priority for your trustees and board members.  Whilst the H&S Act doesn’t allow you to insure the actual fine, we can help you source cover for your legal defence costs and any court awards to the injured person.

Schools, Colleges and Kindergartens

We help you focus your efforts on nurturing the next generations and growing better communities.

Expectations of students and parents alike can present significant challenges to your organisation and lack of achievement may have legal repercussions.  Whilst curriculums are set by governing bodies, those same bodies can also bring actions against those who don’t administer subjects in accordance with their guidelines.

Personal safety of students, children and staff is always a priority and accidents now come with the added risk to boards of trustees, who are directly responsible for Health & Safety protocols and are the legal employers.

As board members change, disputes over decisions made by prior trustees can be left to incumbents to defend.  We help you find the right balance of coverage and defence costs to suit your needs; ensuring all trustees, officers, teachers, support staff and volunteers are protected.
